SEL BASOFILIKSTIPLING PADA PEKERJA PENGECATAN MOBIL DI KAMPUNG LIGU SEMARANG YANG TERPAPAR TIMBAL

Abstract


Timbal adalah logam berat yang dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan. Toksisitas dalam tubuh dapat menimbulkan anemia, salah satu inklusi yang spesifik paparan timbal adalah basofilik stipling. Bahan Cat yang digunakan oleh pekerja pengecatan mobil di Kampung Ligu semarang ada unsur timbalnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat hubungan paparan timbal dengan jumlah sel Basofilik Stipling. Studi cross sectional yang digunakan pada 46 pekerja pengecatan mobil di Kampung Ligu Semarang diperiksa kadar timbal menggunakan AAS dan basofilik stipling menggunakan pengecatan Giemsa. Untuk mengetahui hubungan paparan timbal dengan jumlah sel basofilik stipling menggunakan uji Product moment. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rerata kadar timbal 43,25±4,99 dan rerata jumlah sel retikulosit 1,00±0,64 hasil uji Spearman”s rho diperoleh p value 0,00. Simpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan siknifikan antara kadar timbal dengan jumlah sel basofilik stipling.
