Abstract


Community Service- This community partnership program (PKM) takes the topic of increasing the role of posyandu cadres in supporting breastfeeding success for working mothers in the work area of the Jongaya Health Center Makassar City.

In general, the purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and motivation of working mothers to continue breastfeeding through strengthening knowledge and assisting health cadres as a form of community participation in health services.

The target audience for this community service activity are posyandu cadres and breastfeeding mothers in the working area of the Jongaya Health Center Makassar.

This activity also aims to support the achievement of the target of exclusive breastfeeding in the Jongaya Health Center Work Area.

The planned activities to be carried out in this community service activity are short training for the target group, in this case posyandu cadres, and counseling on successful breastfeeding tips for working mothers.

The targeted outputs to be achieved at the end of this community service activity are publications of community service results, simple modules, and publications of activities in the form of videos
