Focus and Scope

Media Farmasi publishes review article, original article, as well as short communication in the all scopes of Pharmaceutical Science such as Pharmaceutics, Biopharmaceutics, Drug Delivery System, Physical Pharmacy, Chemical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmaceutical Microbiology and Biotechnology, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Biology, Community and Clinical Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs and Pharmaceutical Marketing Research, and Alternative Medicines

Media Farmasi menerima tulisan hasil penelitian, survey dan kajian pustaka dalam bidang Farmasi. Ruang lingkup penelitian meliputi bidang Farmakognosi-Fitokimia (Bahan Alam), Farmaseutika dan Teknologi Sediaan (Formulasi Sediaan Farmasi), Kimia Farmasi, Farmasi Klinik dan Komunitas, Farmakologi dan bidang-bidang lain yang berhubungan dengan Farmasi.

Peer Review Process

Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Initial Review processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bebestari/ peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double Blind Preview Process. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take a month for a maximum time. In the each manuscript, Mitra Bebestari/ peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects. Mitra Bebestari/ peer reviewer that collaboration with Media Farmasi are the experts in the Pharmaceuthical area and issues around it. They were experienced in the prestigious journal management and publication that was spread around the national and abroad.

All submitted manuscripts are evaluated by editorial staff. Those Manuscript evaluated by editors to be inappropiate to journal criteria are rejected promptly without external review. Manuscript evaluated to be of potential interest to our readership are sent to double bilnd reviewers. The editors then make a decision based on the reviewer's recommendation from among several possibilities : rejected, revision required, or accepted.

The editor has the right to decide which manuscripts submitted to the journal should be published. Review Process :

  1. Author submit the manuscript 
  2. Editor Evaluation (some manuscript are rejected or returned before the review process) 
  3. Double Bind peer review process 
  4. Editor Decision 
  5. Confirmation to the author

Setiap artikel yang masuk ke staf editorial akan dipilih melalui proses review awal oleh TIM Editor yang  Selanjutnya akan dikirim ke Mitra Bebestari untuk diseleksi melalui proses double blind preview. Setelah itu artikel akan dikembalikan kepada penulis untuk direvisi. Proses ini memakan waktu maksimal satu bulan. Dalam setiap naskah, Mitra Bebestari akan menilai dari aspek substansial dan teknis. Mitra Bebestari yang bekerjasama dengan Media Farmasi adalah pakar di bidang Farmasi dan isu-isu di sekitarnya. Mereka berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan jurnal dan publikasi bergengsi yang tersebar di seluruh negeri dan luar negeri.

Semua naskah yang dikirimkan dievaluasi oleh staf editorial. Naskah yang dievaluasi oleh editor tidak sesuai dengan kriteria jurnal akan segera ditolak tanpa tinjauan eksternal. Naskah yang dievaluasi berpotensi menarik bagi pembaca kami dikirim ke mitra bebestari. Editor kemudian membuat keputusan berdasarkan rekomendasi reviewer dari beberapa kemungkinan: ditolak, perlu revisi, atau diterima.

Redaksi berhak memutuskan manuskrip mana yang akan diterbitkan ke jurnal.

Proses Review:

  1. Penulis mengirimkan naskah
  2. Evaluasi Editor (beberapa manuskrip ditolak atau dikembalikan sebelum proses review)
  3. Proses peer review secara double blind preview
  4. Keputusan Editor
  5. Konfirmasi kepada penulis

Setiap naskah yang diterima akan dinilai berdasarkan kebijakan berikut :

  1. Keaslian 
  2. Kehandalan metodologi dan teori yang digunakan
  3. ketepatan analisis
  4. Tata Bahasa dan teknik penulisan yang digunakan sesuai dengan podoman yang ada

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access

Jurnal ini memberikan akses terbuka langsung (Open Acces) dengan prinsip agar penelitian tersedia secara gratis bagi publik guna mendukung pertukaran pengetahuan global yang lebih besar.

Ini adalah jurnal akses terbuka yang berarti bahwa semua konten tersedia secara bebas tanpa biaya kepada pengguna atau institusinya. Pengguna diizinkan untuk membaca, mengunduh, menyalin, mendistribusikan, mencetak, mencari, atau menautkan ke teks lengkap artikel, atau menggunakannya untuk tujuan lain yang sah, tanpa meminta izin sebelumnya dari penerbit atau penulis. Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

Publication Frequency

Media Farmasi  Issued 2 (two) times in 1 (one) year. With details of the number 1 (one) in April and on number 2 (two) in October. Media Farmasi publish at least 5 (Five) articles per Issued

Media Farmasi Terbit Dua Kali setahun dengan Format No 1 do Bulan April dan No 2 di Bulan Oktober, Media Farmasi hanya terbit sekurang-kurangnya lima Artikel per Terbitan
